terrible app. Does not tell you about coverage AT ALL. does not remember users. Does not tell you updates about your claims. A USELESS app. Although you will find that most of the things offered from student care are useless including their support staff. I tried to explain to someone how their app was broken and the only thing the staff member said was that the app was "working as designed" and that student care no longer updates it.

Buggy but usable.
Maybe able to successfully submit a claim about 20% of the time.
Everytime I tried to make a claim report, it sends me back to the login page.
Awful app
Trying to finish setting up my claim profile and I get kicked back to the log in page whenever I autofill my phone number and when I manually enter it I get to the save part, hit save and then get kicked out.
Setting up birthday requires scrolling by month. I'm 102 years old this takes over a thousand pages of scrolling
Having to log in each time is a pain, but I have submitted claims with this app with no issues!
Update the app, hasn't been working for months.
